Payment Options

Classic City OB/GYN participates in a number of medical insurance plans. If we are a participating provider on your plan, we will gladly submit a claim on your behalf to your insurance plan. Of course, if a co-payment or a deductible applies, you will be required to pay this at the time of service.

If you do not have medical insurance, forgot your insurance card or we are not a participating provider on your plan, you will be considered a Self-Pay patient. Self-pay patients must pay for the medical services they receive from us at the time of visit. We accept cash, personal check, VISA, Master Card, American Express or Discover.
