The most common Over-The-Counter medications that are safe to take in pregnancy

• Tylenol for pain
• Tylenol PM for sleepless nights
• Benadryl for allergies
• Claritin for sinus congestion
• Sudafed for sinus congestion
• Dimetapp for coughing
• Maalox, Mylanta, Tums, Pepcid AC, Tagamet or Zantac for heartburn
• Kaopectate for diarrhea
• Metamucil or Colace for constipation
