The most common Over-The-Counter medications that are safe to take in pregnancy
- Tylenol for pain
- Tylenol PM for sleepless nights
- Benadryl for allergies
- Claritin for sinus congestion
- Sudafed for sinus congestion
- Dimetapp for coughing
- Maalox, Mylanta, Tums, Pepcid AC, Tagamet or Zantac for heartburn
- Kaopectate for diarrhea
- Metamucil or Colace for constipation
